Joining a group trip means you’re signing up for a curated experience that & We OUT! is already hosting — dates, hotel, itinerary, and vibes are already set.
Custom trip planning is when you and your group hire us to build a private trip just for you with your own dates, budget, and preferences. 

Nope! Most & We OUT! travelers come solo or bring one friend. Our trips are designed to help you meet new people, build community, and vibe with like-minded travelers. 

 Many of our trips are girls’ trips, but we also host coed trips throughout the year. Each trip page clearly states whether it’s a girls-only or coed experience. 

Each trip is different, but most experiences include:

• Resort or hotel stay 
• Transfers 
• Exclusive group activities
• Signature & We OUT! vibes
• Professional host support

  If the trip is international, yes. Your passport must not expire within 6 months of travel. (This is required by most countries.) Additionally, travel to some countries may require a visa. Don't worry! We will keep all guests informed of entry requirements and can assist in the process of getting a passport! 

 Yes! Most trips offer a deposit to secure your spot and flexible monthly payment plans. 

Yes, we offer travel insurance for all of our travel packages. You can add it to your package during the booking process.  We highly recommend travel insurance through Allianz or Faye. It protects your investment in case of emergencies, cancellations, or delays. 

 If you’re joining solo and want to share a room, you can choose “roommate matching” during registration. We’ll send you a short form to match you with someone based on:

• Sleep habits
• Vibe match
• Preferred noise level 
• Age range
• Travel style

We do our best to match travelers thoughtfully, but travel personalities can vary. If major issues arise, we’ll try to support you on-site, but room changes are subject to hotel availability and may be an additional cost. 

 Absolutely! Just list their name on your registration and make sure they list you as well.

 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. This holds your spot and confirms the group space. 

 Life happens — but payments must stay on time to keep your reservation active. If you're behind, contact us ASAP and we’ll work with you before your trip is at risk of cancellation. 

 Usually yes, as long as:

• The airline allows name changes (if flights are included)
• It's before the final payment deadline

Transfer fees may apply depending on the resort or vendor.

 Each trip has its own cancellation policy, but most deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance helps cover non-refundable costs if something unexpected happens. 

 Final itineraries are sent 1–2 weeks before travel. The itinerary preview on the trip page gives general expectations and vibes. 

Not at all! Group trips are designed with a mix of structured fun and free time. Join what you want — chill when you need. 

 Your host is onsite or available via WhatsApp for immediate support. You should also have your travel insurance info handy. 

Yes! You can request a pre- or post-stay during registration or message us directly to add it later. 

 After final payment, we’ll send a packing guide including:

• Group color themes (if applicable)
• Event dress codes
• Required items (passport, meds, etc.)
• Optional items to upgrade your experience

Yes! Once the booking window closes, we’ll create a private group chat for all confirmed travelers. Your host will guide the conversation, share helpful info, and help everyone get to know each other before we touch down at our destination. It’s the perfect way to break the ice, find your vibe, and start building connections early.
