Rolling solo but not trying to pay that solo-room price? Say less. Our Roommate Matching Program connects you with another traveler who’s also joining the trip and looking to split a room. We’ll match you based on your vibe, preferences, and travel style — then get you both into the group chat once the booking window closes so you can break the ice before we hit the airport. Save money, meet new people, and upgrade the whole experience. That’s the & WE OUT! way.
HOW IT WORKS
Roommate matching takes your preferences and dislikes and matches them with other travelers for our group trips seeking similar experience. Simply book a roommate match package, fill out the questionairre below (complete with $15 matching fee), pay your deposit, and make your agreed upon payments. Once your package is 75% paid, you'll be paired with a person we believe will be a great roommate match for you!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
This package is perfect for an easy-going traveler who is hoping to make and/or build meaningful friendships on any of our & We OUT! Group Trips!
We do our best to pair each and every one of our travelers seeking to utilize this service, however, there may be times when this is not possible. If for any reason a match is not possible, passengers will be responsible for single occupancy rates.
PROS & CONS
Lets start with the good news! This is an amazing way for solo travelers to take advantage of double occupancy rates. This also provides the unique opportunity to create meaningful, intimate bonds with other travelers with similar interests. You just might meet your new bestie!!!
There are, however, some risks that come with this program. You and your new roomie will be on ONE reservation. This means that in the event that one party is unable to fulfill their requirement, the other will be expected to either pay the full remaining balance on the reservation OR change their reservation to a single occupancy room (at current rates per our supplier). Our team is dedicated to help prevent and navigate this unlikely, unfortunate scenario to the best of our abilities.
